Sr. Test Lead - Automation Testing Framework Job

We are looking forward to hire Automation Testing Framework Professionals in the following areas :

We are looking for a Sr. SDET profile where the candidate should be able to create automated test frameworks, and design and implement test cases, helping in automating the testing process.
Writing code to improve the overall testability of the software. 
Should have hybrid skills/expertise in quality engineering and software development.
It will be a long-term USA position so anyone with H1 will be preferred.

The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have the ability to effectively communicate complex technical designs within the team, and able to guide the team to achieve project goals.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Overall 10+ years of experience in IT Industry which spans skills like API testing and UI testing.

• Automated test frameworks, design and implement test cases, helping in automating the testing process.

• Writing code to improve the overall testability of the software.

• hould be having hybrid skill/expertise in quality engineering and software development.

• Work with developers to automate acceptance criteria in user stories, and can write automated integration tests, API tests, and UI automation tests

• Agile development processes using Scrum or equivalent

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of eCommerce platform

Responsibilities:

• Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture experience working across an international business
• Proven experience with automation implementations (UI/API/Performance)
• Delivering major Solution architecture work, and ideally hands-on software engineering and/or infrastructure experience (e.g. Public Cloud)
• Good knowledge of eCommerce solutions like Optimizely
• Experience of working in an agile product environment
• Experience working with 3rd party engineers and 3rd party packages
• Understanding of SOA, integration, and experience with ERP & E-Commerce.
