Lead Data Engineer -- Snowflake, Power BI & AI

Experience: 7 + Years

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, and AI technologies. The role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, developing dashboards and semantic models, integrating AI-generated data into Snowflake, and leveraging AI/ML capabilities for business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI Development and administration, Snowflake development, Python/PySpark(Basic), and emerging AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Snowflake CoCo, Claude etc. Additionally, the candidate will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot data and reporting issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Key Skills:

• Power BI Administration, Security & Reporting
• Snowflake Data Engineering & Stored Procedures (DBA + Development)
• Python, PySpark & Streamlitt App (Basic understanding)
• AI Integration (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude AI)
• Data Modeling (Basic) & ETL/ELT Processes
• Snowflake Cortex AI and Advanced Analytics
• Stakeholder Management & Technical Documentation

Nice-to-Have

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and data security practices.
