Job Description – React Native Developer
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to support & contribute to the development of high-quality mobile & web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in React Native and React, with a good understanding of mobile app development, release processes, and modern development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native 
•    Build and support web applications using React 
•    Participate in Android and iOS app release and deployment processes 
•    Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences 
•    Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following development best practices 
•    Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance 
•    Ensure application quality through testing and code reviews 
Required Skills & Experience:
•    Hands-on experience with React and React Native 
•    Strong experience in mobile application development 
•    Good understanding of Android and iOS app release processes 
•    Experience in web application development using React 
•    Knowledge of coding standards, performance optimization, testing, and code quality practices 
Good to Have:
•    Experience with REST API integration and development 
•    Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts 
Preferred Attributes:
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team 
•    Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and tools 
•    Good communication and coordination skills 
Experience:
•    5-8 Years of relevant experience in React Native and React development preferred.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Domain/ Industry Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platforms/products.
• Ability to prepare process maps, workflows, and business cases with application of industry standards and practices.
• Creation of medium to complex business models.

Test Management:

• Specialized knowledge of testing concepts, testing standards and best practices.
• Create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required.
• Conduct root cause analysis, verify system builds and test environments, and create business scenario test cases/automation test scripts.
• Update traceability matrix and perform Development Integration Testing.

Product/Technology Knowledge:

• Implement code or configure/customize products, drive adoption of industry standards and practices, and contribute to development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.
• Conduct technical sessions and knowledge sharing sessions, and work on complex modules independently.
• Analyze various frameworks/tools and present recommendations, contribute to development of training and certification material, and demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.

Application Design:

• In depth knowledge of design principles and performance engineering concepts.
• Lead design efforts, create a design strategy, and establish design principles and guidelines while maintaining design standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate design risks, proactively anticipate issues, and recommend corrective steps.
• Innovate and bring in new design ideas, and improve existing design processes, and tools.

Customer Management:

• Has working knowledge of customers' business domains and technology suite. 
• Use latest technology, proactively suggest solutions to increase business, and understand customer's business.
