Job description:

Frontend Developer - Kuwait | Experience – 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for a GenAl-enabled drilling assistant, including wireframes, prototypes, and final implementation.
• Build responsive, modular front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, dash, steamlit, or other enterprise-approved technologies).
• Integrate with GenAI APIs (e.g., RAG, NL2 SQL, summarisation, chat agents) and backend services for real-time data interaction.
• Collaborate with drilling SMEs to translate workflows (e.g., SOP summary, EOWR generation, offset well analysis, HSE risk detection) into intuitive user journeys.
• Conduct internal user testing with drilling engineers and field users to iterate on usability and

performance.

• Ensure compatibility with client internal deployment models and compliance with security and data access protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong UI/UX portfolio.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTMLS, CSS3, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., Angular, Vue).
• Experience designing for data-heavy applications and integrating with AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with RESTfuI APIs, WebSockets, and secure authentication flows.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimisation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to drilling data types (e.g., SOP, DDRs, BHA, mud logs, trajectories).
• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAl, LangChain, Azure OpenAl) and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of data models and workflows relevant to drilling.
• Experience working in agile teams and using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
