Job Description –

Celonis Solution Architect (End-to-End Celonis Implementation)OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Celonis Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Process Mining and Process Intelligence implementations across enterprise customers. The candidate will drive the complete Celonis lifecycle — process discovery, solution architecture, data integration, process mining, analytics, action flows, automation, value realization, and support — blending process consulting, business transformation, data engineering, change management, and deep Celonis platform expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Celonis experience.Experience leading 3–5 end-to-end Celonis implementations from discovery through value realization.Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS and Celonis Process Sphere / Celonis Cloud, including platform migrations.Deep expertise across the complete Celonis platform: Data Integration, Data Jobs, Data Models, Process Intelligence Graph, Knowledge Models, Studio, Business Miner, Process Analytics, Action Flows, Process Copilot, and AI-powered Insights.Strong understanding of Celonis architecture, security, governance, and best practices.

Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and custom applications.Experience integrating Celonis with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, and AWS Redshift.Strong proficiency in PQL (Process Query Language), SQL, ETL, data modeling, and performance optimization.Understanding of Celonis's in-memory columnar data engine and OLAP processing for performance tuning and scalability.Strong knowledge of business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.Experience with process improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, pre-sales, and RFP support experience.Experience with multi-region and global Celonis rollouts across distributed enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Value AssessmentConduct process discovery workshops, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.Define business objectives, KPIs, success metrics, business cases, and value realization roadmaps.

Solution ArchitectureDefine overall Celonis architecture, implementation strategy, security, governance, and deployment models.Design scalable, reusable solutions and integration architecture across multiple source systems and cloud platforms.Advise on platform version strategy, upgrades, and EMS to Process Sphere migrations.

Data Integration & Data EngineeringLead data extraction and integration from ERP and enterprise systems.Design ETL pipelines, develop and optimize data and process models using PQL and SQL.Integrate Celonis with cloud data warehouses; ensure data quality, performance, and scalability.

Process Mining & AnalyticsDesign and implement process mining solutions across multiple business functions.Develop KPIs, dashboards, Studio views, analytical applications, and executive reporting.

Knowledge Models & Business ViewsDesign and implement Knowledge Models and business-friendly process intelligence applications.Enable self-service analytics and drive business user adoption.

Automation & Action FlowsDesign and implement Action Flows for process orchestration and automation.Integrate with automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, SAP, and ServiceNow.C

hange Management & User EnablementLead change management initiatives to drive enterprise-wide Celonis adoption.Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for business users, analysts, and technical teams.Build and govern Center of Excellence (COE) frameworks, license governance, and capacity planning strategies.

Value Realization & Process ImprovementDrive continuous process improvement, quantify business value, cost savings, and productivity gains.Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and establish process governance frameworks.

Delivery & LeadershipLead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies; mentor consultants, data engineers, and process analysts.Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production activities.Lead team sizing, resource planning, and pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demos, and effort estimation.Preferred CertificationsCelonis Solution Architect, Data Engineer, and Analyst CertificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black BeltPMP / Agile CertificationCloud Platform Certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — PreferredKey
