Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Digital/ Business Transformation Roadmaps, Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop Customer Service/ Customer Delight Transformation Roadmaps
• Work on strategy development, global bench marking, internal bench marking, Industry PoVs
• Client stake holder management, impact, and business benefit analysis
• Develop Process Maps and cross functional Life Insurance and Annuities understanding - Operations, Underwtiting, Claims, Reinsurance, Finance
• Work on process transformation including measurement techniques (Design thinking, SIPOC)
• Business ProcessModelling, Process Mining and Process Optimization/Goverance
• Participate in business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations
   

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Open for candidates with more than 10 years of relevant experience in Insurance sector or Insurance consulting primarily worked in US Life and Annuities segment
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
• High level of ownership and readiness to manage projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   

Preferred Skills

• Ability to understand the various Tech/Digital tools and ability to work closely with Technology Architects
• Experience in Agile framework
• Exposure to Digital technology tools including Insurance Tech
• Ability to handle large data, Process creation and mapping tools such as Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining

• Flexible to travel as per Project needs
