Job Description:  

 

 

Supply chain Planning Engineer : Roles and Responsibilities

  • Qualification – BE any discipline with experience <= 8 years

 

Technical/Functional Skillset:

  • Knowledge on business processes like Supply chain planning, Inventory control, Aftermarket Parts distribution
  • Identify, Implement and Evaluate solutions for business problems
  • Ensuring the parts availability for Service parts
  • Supporting the business decision making based on the data analysis and results
  • Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in end to end supply chain management
  • Operational problem solving and providing the suitable solutions to the stake holders using the available data analytics reports
  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor, control, and lead projects wherever necessary
  • Procurement process and Service parts management process knowledge
  • Supplier handling – Inter company suppliers and External suppliers
  • Knowledge on Logistics management within distribution centres
  • Effective utilization of existing tools, techniques, and resources

 

General Skillset:

  • Good communication skills, Presentation skills
  • Team working and Project planning experience
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint (Desirable – Power Bi)
  • Handling Leadership reporting
