Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management in an Agile environment, ensuring predictable outcomes across multiple Scrum teams. Applies strong Scrum Master practices to enable team performance, flow, and continuous improvement.

Primary Skillsets (Must‑Have)
Project & Delivery Management (Primary)

• Own delivery planning, execution, and tracking across multiple Agile teams.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery aligned to commitments.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support release planning, roadmap alignment, and delivery forecasting.
• Agile Scrum Master Leadership
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple teams. Enable effective communication and collaboration among interconnected Scrum teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum / SAFe).
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and integrations.
• Remove impediments impacting delivery and team velocity.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and self‑organization.
• Experience in large‑scale or multi‑team Agile programs.

Secondary Skillsets

• Stakeholder communication and governance reporting.
• Agile metrics and delivery health reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe SSM).

Experience

• 5+ years leading delivery as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong background in project delivery within Agile environments
