Job description:

Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver clear business insights through reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality by applying robust validation and troubleshooting methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analytical requirements and translate them into structured deliverables.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong track record of delivering high impact insights.
• Demonstrate proven ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable outcomes.
• Build and automate dashboards using Python, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Leverage experience with cloud analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) as a plus.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non technical stakeholders with strong business context.
• Show familiarity with Git and standard version control processes.

Technical Skills
• Exhibit strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Good experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions (AzDO pipelines)
• Hands on experience working with BI Tools such as Power BI
• Familiarity working in Snowflake and AWS environments
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI techniques to automate analytical workflows and improve process efficiency

Data Quality and Governance
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
• Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data security and compliance.

What you will have
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis or software development.
