Job description:

 

Experience required: 5-7 years

 

Summary: The Automation Test Engineer will work closely with members of product teams to assure that the products/features developed meet defined high standards for quality. The candidate will be involved throughout the development life cycle with particular responsibility in the quality assurance of software development and deployment with emphasis on development and implementation of test automation.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the requirement and create test scripts. Execute test scripts and log/verify software defects. Follow process and coding standards defined within QA. Monitor the test results of automation test scheduler jobs and perform the code maintainence activities for existing scripts to improve the test coverage.
  • Skills: QA Automation, BDD framework, POM, Selenium with SPECFLOW, UI and API Testing, PostMan, Swagger, SQLServer. Experience writing automated tests using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber. Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Understanding of computer programming and software development.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
