Job Description :
Salesforce Tech Lead (7 to 10 years)
- Overview: Own end-to-end technical delivery on Salesforce, lead solution design, mentor engineers, and drive quality, performance, and secure integrations across a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into scalable designs, patterns, and design documents.
- Technical Leadership: Lead developers; set coding standards, review PRs, coach on best practices and governor limits.
- Build & Development: Implement Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), LWC/Aura, Flows, and platform events with robust testing.
- Integrations: Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth, middleware integration, and error handling.
- DevOps & Release: Own CI/CD with SFDX and Git; manage branching, automated validation, and deployments via Github.
- Data & Performance: Optimize SOQL/SOSL, handle large data volumes, profile and tune queries/components, enforce FLS/sharing.
- Quality & Compliance: Establish test coverage (Apex/Jest), linting (PMD/ESLint), code review checklists, and documentation standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with product owners, architects, and business leaders; communicate trade-offs and delivery plans.
