Overall Experience: 10 – 12 Years
Job Description:
· Should be able to understand the business requirements
· Should be able to provide solutions using automation testing
· Should be able to review and troubleshoot the issues faced by the team
· Should be able to work on resolving the issues and finding creative solutions of challenges faced by the team.
· Should be able to help team to optimize the automation framework.
· Should be able to backfill the resource in case of long leaves or attrition
· Should be able to provide right set of reports to client
· Should be able to highlight the risk in advance and provide mitigation plan to avoid or minimize the risks.
Should be hands on and ready to troubleshoot if required.
· Should be able to be good in following technical skills:
o Core Java
o SOLID principals
o Any one automation framework
o Playwright (Preferred)
o Selenium
o Cucumber
o Karate / Rest Assured for API automation testing
o Good understanding of Performance testing using JMeter / Loadrunner
· Should have good communication skills
· Should be a good listener and problem solver attitude
· Should show eagerness to learn new skills based on the client requirement.
