Job Description:

Take ownership of effective project management, design, development, validation, solution architecture, and support, ensuring alignment with client needs and architectural requirements. Proactively manage knowledge and consistently adhere to organizational guidelines and processes. Proficient in configuring and developing STEP, including business rules, workflows, import/export processes, web UIs, and endpoints. drive project rollouts and implement related application changes. collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution designs align with project requirements and support the application post live of the respective site.


Experience:

• Over 5+ years of experience in STIBO STEP solutions.
• SAP MDG-M is an added advantage.
• Proven experience working with SAP middleware (SAP PI or SAP BTP).
• Strong experience in connecting STIBO system with SAP MDG-M using SAP middleware (SAP PI or SAP BTP).
• Design and develop solutions using the STIBO STEP platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and configure workflows, data models, and integrations within the STIBO STEP environment.
• Stibo STEP: Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.
• Data Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.
• Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Proficient in refining solution approaches and providing technical guidance to team members.
• Overall understanding of the application support model and provide support service to the live sites.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• STIBO certification is a strong advantage.
