QAD EQMS Consultant / Senior Consultant Job

We are looking forward to hire QAD Professionals in the following areas :

Looking for an experienced QAD EQMS professional responsible for implementation, configuration, support, enhancement, and integration of QAD EQMS solutions. The candidate will work with Quality, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to optimize quality management processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure QAD EQMS modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support quality processes such as:
  • Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
  • Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Audit Management
  • Complaint Handling
  • Document Control
  • Training Management
  • Supplier Quality Management
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Integrate QAD EQMS with ERP systems (QAD ERP preferred).
• Provide production support and troubleshooting.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Train business users and support process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in QAD EQMS implementation/support.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management processes.
• Experience with QAD EQMS configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing and Life Sciences quality requirements.
• Experience in system integrations and data migration.
• SQL and reporting knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of GxP, ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or relevant compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QAD ERP and manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to Agile and project implementation methodologies.
