Job Description

1. Presales & Solutioning
•    Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand data management challenges and requirements.
•    Design end-to-end MDM solutions including: 
o    Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data domains
•    Develop solution architectures using tools like: 
o    Informatica MDM
o    Reltio MDM (cloud-native)
o    Stibo Systems (STEP)
•    Define operating models for data governance, stewardship, and data lifecycle management.
•    Create HLDs, solution blueprints, and architecture documents.

2. Customer Engagement
•    Lead discovery workshops to assess data maturity and identify MDM opportunities.
•    Translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions.
•    Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical presentations.
•    Provide effort estimation, sizing, and implementation roadmaps.

3. Demonstrations & PoCs
•    Design and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using MDM tools.
•    Demonstrate integration with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.

4. Technical & Domain Expertise
•    Provide SME support on: 
o    Data modeling (registry, consolidation, co-existence, centralized styles)
o    Data quality, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment
o    Match & merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management
o    Data governance frameworks and workflows
•    Hands-on knowledge of: 
o    Informatica IDMC, MDM Hub
o    Reltio Data Cloud
o    Stibo STEP platform
•    Strong understanding of: 
o    Data integration (ETL/ELT tools like Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, Talend)
o    APIs, event-driven architecture, and data pipelines

5. Integration & Architecture
•    Define integration patterns with enterprise systems: 
o    SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, eCommerce systems
•    Design data flows across ecosystems including: 
o    Data lakes, warehouses, and downstream systems
•    Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.

7. Thought Leadership
•    Stay updated on emerging trends in: 
o    Data governance, data fabric, data mesh
•    Build accelerators, reusable assets, and best practices.
•    Contribute to internal capability building and client advisory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
•    Hands-on/architect-level experience in: 
o    Informatica MDM (Hub, IDMC)
o    Reltio MDM
o    Stibo Systems STEP
•    Strong understanding of: 
o    Data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM, etc.)
o    Data quality and data stewardship processes
o    Master data modeling and domain design
•    Experience with: 
o    Integration tools (Informatica IICS, Talend, MuleSoft)
o    APIs, microservices, and cloud integration
•    Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)

  • Advanced ability to develop sales enablement strategies.
  • Able to conduct training sessions, and participate in sales pitches.
